(Available with or without bifocal lens choose below ) Wide field of view makes this an ideal reading and inspection and scanning magnifier and for small print. This is also useful for those with early to mid stage AMD Macular Degeneration. The LRX-200 is a very durable magnifier, we have been making this model for over 35 yrs with continual improvements to the lens system. I have had advanced cataracts and have had low vision for 9 yrs, this magnifier did not work at all for me, I love to read, I need about twice the magnification of this magnifying glass, but I want it to be rectangular and large, I can't find one anywhere.Price Value Quality - Best rectangular magnifying glass we have found so far. We use this magnifying glass with the high contrast led bulb, its ideal for purpose, we inspect and repair turbine blades and need to scan large surfaces for small cracks and and imperfections, the illumination this high contrast led magnificent and the contrast helps us identify areas of issue, field of view is generous which allows us to scan more efficiently, we also use German Zeiss and Eschenbach magnifiers, this lens is comparable high quality yet an eighth the cost and its American made!Price Value Quality - Wide lens, bright light, clear lens, nice magnifier, made in USA! I have a half dozen rectangular magnifiers, the wide field of view makes them the best for reading, none of my other magnifiers compare to this one.
