Works very well, ideal prepper, survivalist, hiker, camper fire starting magnifying glass. A great SHTF alternative to matches and a lighter and easier to use then a conventional magnifying glass. I read the reviews and have to admit I was skeptical such a thin cheap magnifier would work, but it works as advertised, I ignited newspaper less then 30 seconds. Everyone should have one of these magnifiers to start an emergency fire.
