The HVM-4LED-2.5x Premium Binocular Headband Magnifier is a professional-grade head-worn magnifier visor designed for precision work in industrial, technical, and craft environments. It features a 2.5x optical glass lens with a comfortable 8-inch focal length, allowing hands-free magnification with an extended working distance.

This model is the rechargeable LED version of our most popular HVM-4 headband magnifier, combining medium-power magnification with an updated ergonomic design. An improved padded headband and enhanced adjustment mechanism allow quick and secure fitting for virtually any head size. The visor is adjustable ±60 degrees, making it easy to flip up and out of the line of sight when not in use.

Built for durability and long-term use, the HVM-4LED features scratch-resistant optical glass prismatic lenses, an updated heavy-duty pivot hardware design, and a lightweight yet impact-resistant visor shell suitable for demanding industrial environments. The integrated quad-LED USB-rechargeable light provides bright, adjustable-angle illumination exactly where it is needed.

Additional interchangeable lens magnifications are available, including 1.5x, 2x, 3x, and 5x. Popular OptiVISOR® lenses are fully compatible with this headband magnifier, and standard-size lenses will fit many other headband magnifiers, including Donegan OptiVISOR®. If you currently own a Donegan OptiVISOR, all of your existing lenses and accessories will fit this headband magnifier.

The HVM-4LED can be worn comfortably over prescription eyeglasses and many safety glasses. Optional single-eye swivel loupes are available for the HVM-3, HVM-4, and HVM-4LED models.
