RETURN & EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE POLICY
We accept any return for Refund or Exchange (other than Wearable magnifiers, Headband style, Visor style, and Dental Medical loupes see below*) within 14 days of delivery for any reason without return authorization, returns must be sent postage prepaid to the below address. Beyond 14 days of delivery, No Merchandise will be accepted for return without authorization and an RGA number from Electro-Optix, Inc. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.Returns with RGA number must be received within 10 days of RGA.
If an item is Defective please notify us immediately to rectify the problem, defective merchandise must be returned immediately and Magnifier.com must be notified immediately. We must receive and email at [email protected] regarding defective merchandise within 48hrs of delivery to make a damaged or defective claim for return. We check each and every item before it ships to minimize this issue. We will replace or refund product cost once item is returned back to us for replacement, replacement will be sent out immediately postage paid, refunds will be subject to below restocking fee. Products that have been used are not returnable. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Used or broken products will not be accepted for return or credit. Qualified returns will be credited for the product cost, the shipping and handling charge are non refundable. A handling restocking charge of 15% will be made on all merchandise returns. Returns with RGA after 30 days will be subject to additional restocking charge.
Only new and unused condition products will qualify for credit minus the original shipping charge. if a purchase is Danaged, Misused, Dropped, or shows signs of abuse, they are not eligible for a refund or credit, . Shipping charges are not refundable.
Wearable magnifiers*, including Headband style, Visor style, Eyeglass style and Dental Medical loupes must be returned within 7 days of receiving/delivery for refund or exchange. No requests will be accepted after 7 days on these products, and products must not have been used.
Shipping damage claims must be made within 48 hrs of delivery. Please email [email protected] . Please call us immediately at 954-973-2800 and dial 0 for immediate assistance to confirm we received your damage claim email and will work to rectify the problem immediately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -For all returns please note - All international customers are required to return all products postage prepaid and via a traceable form of shipping that shows return delivery in order to be eligible for a credit/refund.
